I been coming here to get away with my friend since they renovated. Never had an issue with staff at all..now they have this young Latina who works front desk and was very rude to me and my friends and then straight up lied to us there were no rooms even tho we were renting 4 rooms and it was clearly more than 7 rooms available we counted them. She is causing you guys money especially losing your regulars cause of her attitude then she lies to management and gets us on no rent list so now u have lost a total of 8 regulars cause of her and u didn't even investigate at all for a honary unprofessional employer

It was an amazing experience! The lady, at the desk, was so kind. She was also quick, to guide me, to my room. No major verification, other than ID, was needed, like the app, said! The room, was very clean. It looked way better, than an average motel. Especially, being in Cicero! The safety, feels a bit rocky, from how small, it is. And with, the glass windows. But, the walkway, is perfect! The view is good, as well. And transportation / delivery, was very easy. The Wi-Fi, was VERY good! The bed, was comfortable, and it was very humid! I also liked how cutely spiral-tied, the toilet paper, was! My only complaint, is the air conditioning, not blowing enough cold air, even at 65°. The TV, had an old remote. Also, the smell of weed, when I entered the room. There are no air fresheners. I don't recommend the space, suitable, for any children.

Location is Busling with plenty of Semi Trucks, lots of cars, and very few people. The hotel was recently renovated and the room I had was in tip top shape. There is a gas station just a few steps from the actual front door of the hotel. Very quiet outside despite the busy intersection. Hardly any other guests coming or going from outside to their rooms. Very helpful and courteous staff.

I stay here during the week and it is all fun. Nice room clean love it. The staff is great the manager she is definitely Great person helps every time

I am unsure why the review above was "1" star but that is NOT accurate. I travel for a living and stay 160 nights a year in hotels and this was a very pleasant surprise. I booked last minute and it was available and when I saw old pictures …

I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for something just outside the city! We were skeptical at first because of the location, but there is 24 hour surveillance, cameras, and they even called us when we got home late at night to make sure we got in okay. The people were very sweet! We will definitely be back!
